Now that we’re approaching the dog days of summer, it’s time to think about where to take the kiddos for an amazing and fun day to cool off.  Looking back at my childhood, some of the most fun days were occured when our parents dropped us off at the local waterpark.  I think the lazy river is still one of my all-time favorite activities.  What’s better than floating down a river with your toes dipped in refreshing cool water and a drink in hand.

Located in Santa Claus, Indiana, Splashin’ Safari is guaranteed to provide a fun-filled family adventure.  Home to two of the longest water coasters (Wildebeest and Mammoth), Splashin’ Safari will provide enough excited for even the biggest daredevils.  Plus, if you go on Fridays in the summer, be sure to catch the amazing firework show.
